Mess to Success Method Pricing

The most economical option.
Clients must follow the Mess To Success Method instructions before delivering their photos to be scanned and organized.

Prices by Quantity:
3,000 or more photos: $0.95 per photo.
2,000 to 2,499 photos: $1.10 per photo.
1,000 to 1,499 photos: $1.18 per photo.
500 to 999 photos: $1.40 per photo.
For up to 499 photos: $1.50 per photo.
Pricing for other quantities is available upon request.

A deposit is required before the Mess To Success Method instructions are provided.
H.S.T. will be added to all prices.

Includes:
  • Detailed Instructions (PDF)
  • Personalized Coaching - Project guidance provided by phone and email.
  • Scanning at high-resolution 600 dpi.
  • Naming people using Facial Recognition software. Done side-by-side with with client or via remote screen sharing. Price includes 5 names per 500 photos.
  • Adding names of people identified with Facial Recognition to the digital files as searchable keywords .
  • Adding dates to the digital files.
  • Adding keywords to the digital files.
  • Improving colour of all photos.
  • Reducing scratch and dust marks on all photos.
  • Renaming files using the dates provided.
  • Sorting photos into folders by year and month.
Extra Charges
Pricing is based on scanning of loose, flexible photos in good condition.
Extra charges apply for scanning of over-sized, framed, delicate, torn, and rigid photos.

Some meetings are required for the purpose of gathering information. There are timeline forms and other forms that the client must complete.

How Many Photos Do You Have?

A 1-inch stack of photos is approximately 100 photos. For albums, count the pages and determine the approximate average number of photos on each page.

Photo scanning prices and the organizational steps are based on quantity: More photos = lower cost per photo. Gather photos from family members. Maybe they will share the cost! Make it a team effort.
